Traction Counseling

Therapy for Individuals, couples, & families in South Carolina

A place to find your footing.

Maybe you’re tired of holding everything together. Maybe you’re grieving something while still trying to show up for the people you love. Maybe your relationship is changing, your family is growing, or you’re learning how to know each other in a whole new way.

I work with individuals, couples, and families through these seasons of life. I’m especially passionate about supporting people navigating foster care and adoption, family building, parenting, caregiving, attachment, ambiguous loss, and the transitions that come with them.

There can be so much happening beneath the surface of a life or a family. Therapy can be a place to bring some of that into the room, make sense of what you’re carrying, and have someone alongside you as you figure out what comes next.

In-person therapy in Greenville and throughout the Upstate | Secure telehealth across South Carolina

I’m welcoming new clients in Greenville and throughout the Upstate for in-person therapy, with secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth available across South Carolina.

You don’t have to have it all figured out before you reach out. Maybe you know exactly what’s going on, or maybe you just know that something feels different and you want some support. Either way, we can start there.

I’d love to meet you. Book a consultation to get started.

How I Can Support You

For Individuals

There are seasons when life feels unfamiliar, even when you are not quite sure why. I work with individuals who are navigating change, relationships, family experiences, grief, ambiguous loss, identity, and the parts of their story that may be showing up in new ways.

For Couples & Families

Relationships and families change as life changes. I work with couples and families navigating new seasons, parenting, communication, grief, loss, and the patterns that can shape how we connect with one another.

Foster & Adoptive Families

I am especially passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families preparing to foster or adopt or already navigating those experiences. I support caregivers through transitions, attachment and connection, ambiguous loss, changing family roles, and the many emotions that can come with building a family.
